That Rogers bench also seems to come with the foot rest that mine does not have. It would definitely be worth checking at.

I wear New Balance 2E-4E for everyday wear. I use Vibram KMD sports when I lift. Go to a store and try them on. I think their size 47-48 will be 14-15.

I have sprayed my homemade rack parts with it. Sometimes you need to hold the can upside down and spray if it starts go give you spray problems.
