Just trying to lift relatively heavy weights a couple times a week. Between that and some of the other work I am doing it should be enough to let me maintain a bit of strength and hold...
Worked up to a double @350 on squats today.
Did some RDLs after 225 3x5
Also did some ab and mobility work.
back in the gym on the weekend, have spent the past couple of days doing jump rope, plyo work, BW work, etc.
it's helped juice my metabolism up a bit it seems,so hoping in the next couple of weeks...

Did a few minutes of jump rope to warmup along with stretching.
Started feeling like death.
I need to drop this weight before worrying about anything else.
High intensity low volume lifting + lots of conditioning is the recipe for now.
Been doing some barbell complexes and BW conditioNing during the week.
Today did some jump rope then squats.
nice job on the PRs.
Gain train is full steam ahead.
Did some benching today.
Worked up to 225x7 felt pretty easy.
Did DB presses, dips, pulldowns, and rear delt machine after.
Gaviscon can definitely be a god send haha.
Worked up to 320x5 on squat tonight.
Did a couple back offs for extra pump and then a couple sets of RDLs.
Nothing terribly exciting.
