I have friends who whenever there taking there ******** lost alot of weight. Apparently they have no desire to eat. wouldn't really recommend it for any mass gaining.
Too much caf can put you in the hospital or kill you. At the very least give you a nasty stomach ache. One day I thought it would be fun to take a bunch of caffeine pills..didn't turn out too good.

Well its also easier because you have more free time normally. If your out of school for the summer then you have 6 more free hours each day to lift. Try and do it the same time everytime that way...
