Strangely enough from reading a lot, people claim withiin 4 days u start to lose the muscle that u gained from your last wrokout, so mathematiccly, ud be about 1 session behind. umm???????
I used to do this all the time once evry two days, I did stuff for the bi's, tri's, cheest, feet, etc.. with 48 hours to rest each time... People recommend not to do this, cuz you will be sluggish...
