I fell off the bandwagon hard a week ago for a period of 24-36 hours myself....
Lots 'o'carbs (mostly clean but still...) and what I really noticed...
Most will suggest staying in Keto at least two weeks or so initially before you do your first 'carb-up'....
Reason being, is that it will most likely take one 3-5 days to induce Ketosis if they have...

Compared the amounts of each ingredient in GNC's product and ON's offering of Opti-Men....
Opti-Men bv ON trumped GNC's Men's Sport and is in the mail...
LX and SCORCH look like solid products...
(Have tried neither but did use Gaspari 3rd Degree Burn which is slightly similar to LX)
Should be a good run along with proper diet and good WOs
