BJ's strength and conditioning coach said he could go for SIX five minute rounds, but faded within the first. BJ was mentally broken by Rory and it's no surprise as I find BJ to be a "mental midget"....
Came in here to post this. Everyone had been posting of that video of BJ looking lean at 175lbs and saying he's motivated (for the thousandth time). He looked skinny fat at the weigh ins and weighed...
He also just handed her the belt and declared her champion. If I recall correctly...every time a division was added, there was no champion and fighters would have to earn it.
It's a shame that Penn never has and never will go through a real training camp. He works around a bunch of yes-men and relies solely on his god given natural abilities.
