3x4-6 is going to be easier in terms of strength progression. 5x5 is going to be a bit harder, but it will lead to more time under tension = more mass gains.
Well, you are basically slowing progress down by 50% on those lifts, i would bench and row twice a week, or at the least just alternate A and B workouts like SS.
SS is good, but 5x5 will definitely build more size. You'd be surprised how much those extra 10 reps help. OP, do 5x5.. you will not regret it, I promise you. It's a good mix of strength and muscle...
