I just train chest/shoulders on monday, 4 exercises, 3 sets each and back on wednesday, 4 exercises, 3 sets each for about 8 - 12 reps.
I train legs every other week.
No direct arm work.

Ive just started keto and am pleased with the results so far.
I have been diagnosed with manic deppression but ive noticed my moods have been a lot more even, this got me thinking that maybe my diet...
I train everything once a week and it's working.
So long as you train each bodypart with enough intensity it's enough imo.
The muscle gets 7 days rest, time for it to adapt and grow.
