All things considered, it's doing pretty well. Surgery was Feb. 19th and the cast came off April 1st, so I'm pretty early on in the recovery. Got clearance to start lifting light with the arm on...

Good luck with the rehab and just try to be patient. I'm not very far into rehabbing a ruptured bicep, so I can sympathize with how frustrating (and how slow) the process can be. But better to try...
