full body workout three times a week with compound lifts would be a great option. im bulking as well and doing a fullbody workout using 5/3/1 by jim wendler. looks like this

ive tried taking a week off already it doesn't hurt for a couple workouts then starts acting up again. i admit i havent stetched after workouts only before maybe that has something to do with it?
