    before it was time for coopertest:
    2720metres in 12 minutes was the result

    quite happy with that :) will be fun doing again in january.

    day off, not really?

    well today is the day off, time to rest a bit, but im not going to be watching tv on the couch all day.
    todays schedule includes some work at home and 60 min walking. easy done but still burns some...
