    drop carbs by 10 g everyday for 5 days (starting @ 120 g), and do a 12-24 hour refeed on the 6th day well into the 7th. This worked for me and helped me break outta that 10 % plateau.

    well your numbers look good...I've been eating 1700-1900 cals/day and I'm steadily losing a pound a week. 1400 is low, so if you start feeling sluggish, bump ur cals up.
