I eat when I can, protein shake if I don't have the time or out of convenience. It's easier to count calories with shakes.

I'm a big fan of cheat days.

I eat clean most days, but I am told it will make your body get adjusted to the food intake & slow your metabolism. So I cheat once a week to 'reset' the metabolism....

To get that body after you had a kid 4 months ago, wow. You would never guess!
