Just to let you know leg doms and golf are not a good combination.
Every time I read your log it makes me want to go back down the gym and do more, Always so much hard work. puts most of us to shame.

2 weeks out of the gym. Long shifts, overtime, family, and some golf. Diets not been to good either but only put on 2lb

I know I like to try new stuff I see on here but the breathing paused squats not so sure. benching weight and reps creeping up

Trying to vary things as much as I can at the moment
Including the intervals training is about 1 hour 40 min, but I do take a 10 minute rest between lifting and cardio
the oly lifts are not easy but a good thing to try, got to admire the guys doing them with serious weight on the bar.
