    He does not look like 22% on that chart, he just has a lot of mass to him so he just looks little big.

    I say 18%-19%, and if you start cutting within few months 12% for sure with no problem.

    IIFYM is so dumb.. Yes it works (kinda depending how you want to look), but it makes you feel like crap. Just go on a clean diet, with maybe once a week doing the IIFYM thing.
