I have never made any breakfast besides oatmeal and stuff like that, but honestly most cereals have decent calories in them, along with (yes people are going to flame me for this) pick up some ego...
I cook for an hour a week to prepare all my foods for the week (besides eggs which take me 5min to cook in the morning). Time is by far one of the lamest excuses anybody ever uses to eating healthy.
dude you could loose 2-3% bf in a month why half ass it for an extra 11 months. and 220 wouldn't make you look big, or large. at 220 you might actually be able to tell you lift weights.

When somebody doesn't post in their own journal for like 2 months, then yeah it should be dead. I hope he comes back with fat loss success too, but I'm not going to hold my breath.
