Keep a really really strict diet. I never do cardio and I got a six pack. Oh course you'd need to do cardio if you are prepping for a show.
I think stretching atleast for me was very benificial. I even picked up Yoga, Dorian Yates did as well. It helped me get a fuller range of motion and I believe it allowed me to get bigger.

Wow thanks fork lift I'll give it a shot. No but really I might increase incline bench. I tend to do 2-3 sets of incline dumbell press and 2-3 sets of incline butterfly.
