    Morning shake-
    1 serving UYM
    6oz ground up plain oats
    2 cups 2% plain milk

    Breakfast-
    2-3 Eggs
    1 packet oatmeal(made with 2/3 or so cup milk)
    1 Medium size apple
    1 Glass OJ
