OP, look up if it fits your macros. You can eat all the cookies you want and still lose weight. Well not all the cookies you want but as long as youre in a 500 calorie deficit youre good to go

Your body doesnt know what time you eat the calories so i would just even it out

If you want to cut eat 500 calories below your maint.
Also, to keep most muscle mass, you should do more than just pushups.
