on a friday night i ussally smoke a zute or 2 (cannabis for ppl who don't know) i also smoke about 10-15 a day (ciggeretes) and drink occasionally, will this affect my gains much or not.
i was thinking that it might have been my diet, as i do not always stick to it, it is hard during the weekends as i am at home. but on a usual day i have school i eat:
i have gained 10lbs over the last 2 months but i can't tell if it is muscle or fat i don't notice that i can lift better and i do not see any difference in muscle/fat is there a way i can check this?
well i cant eat all the calories needed to gain the amount of weight i need a read on a calculator b4 i updated my weight tht i shuld be eating 2600 calories a day but in a bulk u need to eat alot...
lol i ussally have chicken lol while im weughtun for tht too cook il much on all the fruit... oranges, bananas, strawberrys, rasberries n what ever else i can find
