This is what I need to do with pull-ups. I even have a pull-up bar to put over a door frame. I suck at them and I know it comes down to me not doing them frequently enough

I usually go with 1 heaping scoop of blue rasp (my favorite) and then continuously add water to my shaker throughout the workout. Great taste for sure!
