The product is 45 calories for 2 tbls dry powder.. You can mix as much or as little water in to it, and the volume will increase accordingly.
Too much water and it goes to **** though..

12 grams is about 2 tablespponts of dry PB Lean, which makes a bit more than 3 table spoons of peanut butter batter.
