Both are terrible.. Go look around the forums to find a proper routine.

when i started lifing, my bb was 110lbs for reps, been lifting srs for 1,8months. So yea... the numbers are quite off.

my bb is fuking weak compared to other lifts, donno why, atm I'm benchpressing around 231lbs repmax, i should be atleast 280lbs now..

my incline bb is quite strong. doing 130lbs 4x12, incline...
