Weighed about 254.2 today, unfasted and eating closer to maintenance yesterday. It isn't a standardized weigh in, but whatever, it works lol.

Put in some solid workouts and staying in my caloric deficit. I'll weigh fasted sometime this week. Got quite a few family events though, so despite being in a deficit, the sodium from restaurants...
