1) because i am trying to train chest not shoulders, thats why i want to put less stress on my shoulders and more on my chest. 2) My front deltoids are rather big thanx for the advice.
How can i train my chest while eliminating my shoulders from the excercises as much as possible? any tips or techniques? Want to maxamize stress on chest while minamize stress on shoulders.

What about the two multi-vitamins listed above which is better? lol? All my supplements that i am on at the moment are Optimum Nuturtion, And i wanted my multi-vitamin to be the same.. No...
