    I personally focus a lot on gaining strength rather than mass. I keep my rep range between 5 to 8 and then drop set.

    I'm 14.5" cold and 17" flexed and I get complimented About my arms all the time. I'm 5'8" though so that could be why. I'd like to be 20"+ flexed, any idea how long 3 inch gain on arms would take?

    Haven't tried my deadlift for a while but it would be approximately 405 lbs. My bench is 315 and my squat is 340. I'm probably there :)
