Are there any repercussions for finishing a 4 week cycle, doing 2 weeks of pct, and then hopping on another cycle for 4 weeks, then doing another pct?

LOL I didn't design it....this is sold locally and it's extremely popular. I know about 10 people who have done/are doing the EXACT same cycle...only without a SERM or probably any knowledge thereof.
