I am not familiar with "Dave"... but most of the programs I see with heavy/med/light have 10% in between each intensity level. So it would be 20% for your example.

I did have to google it, I have never heard of that workout. It says you can gain 10 pounds after 3 cycles (each cycle is either 18 or 21 days depending if you take sundays off). So 10 pounds in 9...
