I'd say dieting is the key to weight loss. Calorie restriction. Calories in and Calories out, if more out than in, you'll lose weight. Forget the products imo.
What protein you buy wont matter too much, a lot of it is marketing, most of the large supplement companies purchase their whey from dairy manufacturers, and assuming that obviously the largest dairy...
