Wasn't feeling it, but went anyway. I never leave the gym saying, "well damn, that was a waste of my time", so all in all it was pretty good.

it's not so bad. He still calls me momma and says "yes, ma'am" when he talks with me. He knows he's a big boy (he also weighs 220 and powerlifts with me), but he has respect as well. :)
