Is the Guava Rockstar any good?
Doesn't even sound like an appealing combo in the first place
I haven't given out reps in months but apparently you three were some of the most recent... on recharge
I'd go Life Force probably.
Or just diversify your fruit and veggie intake and forego a multi altogether.
Just checked out the Status profile for the first time - looks awesome! Is there any literature on KSM-66 in one 600mg dosage? I'm a big fan of 300mg upon waking and 300mg before bed. Been doing this...
Is this still the place to come to get more rep power?
2:1 EPA to DHA is fine
Just looked the profile up. Looks great.
I've been out of the loop for a minute now but why 8g of Cit. Mal + 2g of Citrulline? My first thought was for the malic acid
Go with any isolate. Dymatize, Gaspari, BPI, etc.
You could take it first thing in the morning.
Most products are recommended to keep in a cool dry place anyways. Maybe even more so for this product as it contains probiotics.
I like Ashwagandha (as KSM-66), Curcumin (as Theracurmin), ALCAR (from Sigma-Tau) and Citicoline (Cognizin brand).
Agreed. Great for fasted training as well.
Focus XT is another choice.
Time off to let the injury fully heal.
Or GenoFlex for a combo joint health product.
30 servings at ~200g would mean ~7g a serving. If that was strictly BCAA's + flavoring I'd understand, but with gummies that may be on the light side.
At 19, you shouldn't be experiencing too much for joint issues. Supplements geared towards to joints and tendons don't work just on specific parts of the body. If there's inflammation or issues...
Go with Na-R-ALA sourced from GeroNova.
If not them, I'd go with SAN's version.
Diversify veggies if you aren't already. Kale, spinach, carrots, tomatoes, avocados, garlic, olives, broccoli, etc.
I also like Ashwagandha (KSM-66) as an overall health supplement.
Been doing this for months. 300mg upon waking and 300mg pre-bed
