So I am interested in getting a Mosin Nagant as my first gun. I have a few questions though:

1. Since this will be my first gun, and I have little experience with anything over a .22,...

I will probably next cut down from 1% milk to skim. Same with yogurt. It's really weird actually, I'm not used to eating such low fat - I have always eaten food with butter, whole milk, regular/2%...

Great, thank you. How do you eat egg whites though? I find the idea of eating eggs not as whole eggs...

So I never used to track my calories or macros, I just ate whole foods and ate until I was full or more if I was "bulking" (read: eating as much as I wanted and putting on too much fat most likely)....
