    You can try squats, just start low and progress in weight to see what you can handle.
    Yeah, you could do leg press after squats. Not a bad idea if you're trying to build strength in your back still....

    With proper form, your squat isn't likely to be more than your deadlift. But if it is lol, you should catch up as your overall leg and back strength increase.
