IME, waiting so long before I actually squat only makes me lose tightness. I get completely ready before I put the bar on my back. Once it's on, I make sure I'm tight, then I'm pretty much starting...

Had a spot removed on my back. Took a pretty decent chunk out, so I'm working back into deadlifting. 525x2. I think the highest I've hit is 585 for a double so I'm a ways off, but this felt smooth...

Decided to shrink down to more livable weights. Pushing back to try to hit 200 or so. Sitting right at or under 220. S0 another 15-20 lbs to drop.

Not sure, tbh. I assume insulation is actually real from my own experiences, because I don't think pulse and BP would drastically affect temperature as long as it remains within certain ranges....

LBM helps some, but really fat is what keeps you warm. Even at higher weights, I'm colder when lean. BP is usually pretty low, pulse is slow, no fat for insulation - it all means coldness.

Your body is a pendulum, if you swing it to one direction (super dry) then you will swing through to the opposite direction (watery). Add in crappy food which is likely high on salt and your body...

Thanks, I feel bloofy as fuk as of late, especially since I've made a few dietary changes, but that's kinda expected. I have another couple of weeks...

Good luck every growing if you can't eat and good luck actually doing something important in life (and no stepping on stage shredded isn't important) if you can't prioritize proper functioning. I...

Steady in the 230s now, even with really drying out I still weighed in at 229 so with normal water and stuff I'm bouncing between 232-237. Just a nice steady increase going. Will have a back-off for...

If I'm gonna deload, I'm not going to rigorously track calories either. Eat intelligently, but if it is a mental break then I think you should have allowances. I used to take full weeks off, but...

Glad I provided some inspiration. If we'd had more time then I'd love to have shot more, but the aesthetics of a campus is really not important in reality (although it makes for an enjoyable visit)....

Realistically, any dichotomy is a false one. I'm generalizing my experience which isn't wise. For me, intensity engenders non-thinking. Although, I think it depends on your definition of intensity as...
