Yes they work but diet and training will do most of the work in terms of fat loss.
MT multi is a great value and I also suggest OT as well.
HHE (powder) or Norcodrene get my vote. But at 19 and 168lbs I am not sure you need a fat burner.
I have not ran that cycle but I did use CM + PA and really enjoyed it.
Two stimulats is typically not a good idea.
