If you really stick to 250 over maintenance you'll grow (painfully slow) and most likely be a lower body fat then you are a year from now due to the added lbm.
Need more stats. You seem very new to all this so you should pack on some meat before you start sculpting and worrying about why one arm is .25" bigger.
Also add in heavy partial lat pull downs, like half reps only the top portion before biceps start to get involved, crazy lat pump. Anytime you do them someone will try to come over and tell you...
