    that sounds rough. thing is my jiujitsu classes are over 2 hours long, with an hour of hard rolling at the end, and that's usually twice a day so I don't think I can afford any more energy haha.

    sounds like you start from down a lot if your knees are hurting so bad. Try playing guard, sit on your ass if you start from down. We mostly start from standing though.
