Do feel a little bit of strain on lower back ;p
I alternate between:
1)Ab wheel only day
2)cable crunch + leg raise + side bend
3)weighted decline crunch + leg raise + wood choppers
I did the chest/arms... Felt really really good. My lats are actually sore today from all the pressing. Havent done this much volume in awhile. I love calorie surplus ;)

Honestly feel like bro split is the way to go.... any time I do a routine where its more frequency instead of volume I dont feel like its the same growth.
I'm pumped !! Question for you where do you put your hand placement on bench? With long arms I'm always varying distances but not sure what's better for chest. Usually wider is better but I feel it...
YESS phat log started. I did some chest/back yesterday. Going to take a day off and start PHAT.
