    Is this too much volume?

    Took a few months off lifting, I've been bulking for 2 months now. Routine is as follows:

    Monday - Chest/Shoulders/Triceps (Heavy)
    Wednesday - Back/Biceps/Traps
    Friday - Chest/Shoulders/Triceps...
