Better yet use weighted wrist straps while you do cardio. Even a short run with 3lbs on each wrist will make your arms sore.

Your skin will tighten, especially if you fill it in with ass loads of muscle. Otherwise, try the sauna. You'll be heat shrinked like plastic.
And genetics aren't to blame. People always do, but anyone can do it as long as they bust their ass, eat the right sh!t, and take the right gear.
They don't work. They have problems differenciating between muscle density and water weight. Calipers are the absolute best way to go.
