I'm a smaller guy and i went from 165 to around 137 on 2000 cal.
I also lost alot of strength during that time and people alot more
experienced than me said i dropped my cals to low.

I've heard similar things. I didnt bench using a bb for a year or so,
and it does hurt my shoulders sometimes.
I find that a closer grip helps me even though i have to use a little less weight....
Ive been reading a complete protein, and incomplete.
My question is do you only take in account your complete proteins
when calculating your protein needs?
sorry about the bump, but this is something i wonder about.
I take several medication, and been worried about fiber, and things
like citric acids affecting the meds.
