I injured my left shoulder in summer/2012 when I was doing dumbbell shoulder press, the dumbbell in my left arm went "backwards" and snapped my shoulder, the pain started immediately so I took a week...
I started working out a year ago and I made great gains in upper and lower body, I kept training legs twice a week the whole summer, feeling a bit sore the day after every workout.
I'm currently doing sprints (100m , six sets ) , i gained about 3-4 inches in month and a half. Thanks for your help anyway!

My standing vertical is 18 inches :'( , my running vertical off one and two feet is the same 18.5 inches!
Well the problem is i dont have an excess to a gym , and the bodyweight strength training routine is very demanding! plus i think that my running vertical is the same as my standing vertical!
If i do the VJB plyometrics routine ONLY ! without any weight training routine, how much will i gain? Please share your experience with me!
