his midsection is not bad at all, rarely have i seen a photo of his gut hanging out, he just has a wide waste.

hed been training for years and enjoying it, i dont think hed be lacking motivation just coz he was training by himself

i believe phil heath has smaller joints, you can see this because of how full his muscle bellies are, someone with larger joints could jay cutler, i may be wrong thoughh
