recently i've began incorporating every rep range ( 1-20 ) into my workout , and gains have been crazy in both strength and mass. Anyone else like this style of training?

dont get us wrong ... it CAN be stored as fat... but there are alot more other things that will happen, like pissing it out, or incorperation into bodily proteins, neurotransmittors, other compounds.
