Feeling a little discouraged after cutting for so long, so I figure posting my progress will help re-motivate me and push me to finish getting rid of these last 10...
So my entire life I've always been the chubby/fat kid, until recently. Now, when I look at these two pictures, I barely believe the left picture is me when I was a kid.
Just curious, why would you avoid milk on a cut? Lots of Calcium/Potassium, and skim milk has a great protein/calorie ratio. Not to mention, it tastes awesome in oatmeal.
Oh yeah, every day I seem to have more and more self esteem/confidence. I'm addicted to that feeling, it's part of what keeps me improving myself day in and day out, and gives me motivation. Good...
