what I mean is , is it okay to do 20 rep squats once a week along with other leg exercises. like have a few warm much sets and a 2 moderate sets, then do my 10rm 20 times for my last set.
thats dope man, it took me forever to cut every sheet out and tape them. I actually didnt do any measuring just tried to space it out as evenly as I could by eye.
