can i get some help please?
173lbs down from 206, 5'11. i'm guessing 20%
tryin to bulk with minimal fat gain
lookin for a bf% estimation.. i was even more chubby before i started lifting.
eating around 3100 calories to gain muscle and lose fat.
fairly strict 40-30-30

I've been making some decent gains. I have been managing to add some muscle and drop fat, I have been sitting at 196-194 for about 2 weeks.
Here are updated pictures...
i eat 2400+ cals every day, take whey/multi/fish oil, lift for hour and a half, 15 min HIIT running then 10 min low intensity cardio.
What bf% am I at? I'm trying to get down to...
Just wanted to be sure it wouldn't kill me.
What should I replace this stuff with for vascularity?
I was given some of this stuff from a friend to try out.
Question is, can/should I take this with the jack3d I already have and how should I modify doses of each?
