When I exercise (run/lift) my dick retracts into my body. Like a turtles head would go into its shell. Its annoying as hell. I am overweight but I dont think thats the problem. It has been happening...

i would say no. It depends what your goals are. You can eat 2,000 calories of chocolate cake if you wanted...but that would be very bad for you. Eat clean and eat healthy. If it tastes good, its bad...
