I'll try doing different sets to failure in various variations. I used to do wide arm stance, hands close together, but I stopped when I started the program.
I started doing this 100 push ups program and I just finished week 2. I'm starting to see some results. my chest is more defined, my shoulders and arms are a bit bigger.

Today my workout consists of doing about 3 sets of 10 reps on the chest expander every 3 days or so. the results are ok, but nothing special. I'm looking to build mass.
after I work on my shoulders, they sore, and I dont know if it's a good or a bad thing. if I stretch them out, and they wont be sore, I feel like the results will show...
