My routine is pretty simple, I train 5 days a week.
Day 1 - Shoulders
Day 2- Chest/Back
Day 3- Bi's/Tri's/Forearm
Started at 127lbs.
Current weight: 144lbs.
What do you guys think?
I am pretty happy with the results but I want to be bigger and stronger.
